Old Testament Verse: Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands. Deuteronomy 7:9 (NIV)
New Testament Verse: What if some were unfaithful? Will their faithlessness nullify the faithfulness of God? By no means! Romans 3:34
Prayer: Thank you, Most Faithful God, for the love from Jesus cross that does not count or bargain or grow weary when it confronts our faithlessness. Thank you for your eternity of grace that invades time and transforms our situation. Because you are always faithful, we cannot be disqualified. Thanks be to you for the mercy that takes us home! Amen.
